My Story
In 2013, I discover Ido Portal (idoportal.com), I am fascinated by his "no bullshit" approach and inspired by his quality of movement and communication. After having gleaned every bit of information I could find that he published on the internet, I threw myself into the generalist movement practice. I practice under his tutelage through his online coaching program, and participate at three of his workshops. After a long time of solitary practice, it becomes clear to me that I need to find a group to practice with.

After some time training with Ido Portal, I realise that by pushing too hard, I injured my wrist. I then discover Emmet Louis (emmetlouis.com), who helps me heal my wrist while continuing to develop my physical abilities. I then travel to Berlin to attend a workshop with him, and decide to spend some time in this city.

In Berlin, I discover Joseph Bartz (josephbartz.com), with whom I spend a few months diving into movement - dance, parkour, climbing... I also participate in a few workshops with the dancers Shai Faran (shaifaran.com) and Martin Kilvady (his youtube), who influenced me deeply.

I then feel a need for softness, suppleness, deep change. I discover Dave Wardman, who teaches physical alchemy (physicalalchemy.com.au) in Sydney. Seduced by this (re)enchanting method of stretching and other physical exercises, I travel to Australia with the project of studying massage in parallel. I meet Soisci Porchetta (humanpatterns.net), who teaches Ido Portal's method as well as the practices from a curious adventure named Fighting Monkey (fightingmonkey.net). I become fascinated with this practice and sign up for a week long workshop with them, which will remain engraved in my body consciousness until the end of time...

I spend a year and a half in Sydney, where I find a contact improvisation community, with whom I practice regularly. This movement style which I sporadically practiced since 2014 becomes central to my practice, notably through a strong experience of this form at the Australian Contact Improvisation Convergence. I have been teaching this form since 2017.
I also participate at a retreat in nature with Simon Thakur (ancestralmovement.com), where I am initiated to re-wilding and practices to reconnect with our ancestral physicality.

I also discover in Sydney the Qi Gong classes of Craig Mallett (craigmallett.com), who introduces me to Serge Augier, heir of the Daoist tradition Ba Men Da Xuan (sergeaugier.com). Back in France, I study and practice in this school a great number of aspects of the vision of man between heaven and earth: Qi Gong, meditation, internal martial arts...

Upon discovering contemporary dance in Brussels at a Flying Low workshop with David Zambrano at Tictac Art Centre (tictacartcentre.com), I am seduced and begin auditioning for contemporary dance schools. I am accepted at Performact (www.performact.net) and complete 2 years of intense training.
